The Joseph A. Fidel Student Service Center is a 90,312sf, three-story steel structure, comprised of administrative and student service functions. The facility includes a game room, lounges, coffee bar, dining room and large kitchen, banquet hall, and bookstore.
The project consisted of several phases, beginning with demolition of existing buildings within the new building’s footprint. Complex angles, ellipses throughout required extensive care and attention to detail by Bradbury’s experienced surveying crew. Following completion, the occupying agencies moved to the new building, allowing for final demolition of the existing buildings and completion of the site improvements.
