The ENMU Guadalupe Hall Dormitory was designed to house 154 bedrooms, with two students to each room. The building features a front desk and laundry services. In addition, the lobby has a recessed gathering area consisting of seating and a centrally located fireplace. The facility has a heat and air conditioning system that ties into the campus-wide looped system that is monitored from a remote location on campus. This project was completed on ENMU’s active campus. The project was designed and constructed to achieve LEED Certification.
