The Cubero Elementary School project was a new, single-story 37,500sf replacement building for 250 students grades K-6. The building includes 15 classrooms, a library, multipurpose room (used as a cafeteria and gym), kitchen, art and music rooms, and administrative areas. Other work included a 40,000 gal water tower, water pump house, and chlorination facility. A Geothermal Mechanical System cut through Basalt was installed.
This replacement elementary school was building in the heart of the existing, operating campus.
