These new truck service centers for 18 wheelers consist of prefabricated metal buildings that can service two or more trucks at once. This is made possible by the buildings' custom-designed underground service pits. The buildings also house five 10,000-gallon oil tanks for supply and waste, offices, locker rooms, a large mezzanine, and additional storage. The trucks need a large approach pad to access the individual service bays, which required pouring approximately 73,000 sq. ft. of concrete.
