This 115,000 sq. ft. headquarters building is located at the North entrance to Albuquerque on I-25. The building features several innovative sustainable principles to save energy. The ground floor of the facility includes a 200-seat food service area and a variety of meeting facilities for training and video conferences. The flexibility of its office layouts, as well as its security, power, and data distribution systems, was among the major functional considerations for the facility. A precast parking garage was built adjacent to the office building.
