The New Sartell High School is a 292,409 sq. ft. building designed to serve 1,350 students on a 100-acre site. The new facility has three learning neighborhoods, shared lab spaces, a fine arts neighborhood with a full auditorium, an activities wing with competition and practice gyms, a pool, weight rooms, and a public commons/lunchroom area. It also features a full array of softball, baseball, soccer, and football fields, as well as six tennis courts. The unique site design incorporates a variety of retention and detention ponds and rain gardens that provide water for the athletic fields and treats all stormwater on-site.
