This project involved the complete demolition and reconstruction of the primary entrance of CNM’s main campus, as well as a rebranding signage package installed throughout all buildings. The Tech Loop consisted of an extensive duct bank system and a fiber optic loop which connects all buildings on campus. Additional features include the addition of a pedestrian bridge, iconoclastic sculptural signage, wellness paths, and various stations.
