The Laguna Design-Build Elementary School is a replacement elementary school designed to serve 186 students. The facility has multiple educational classrooms, an administration center, a library, a physical education area, food services dining, support services, and a photovoltaic array. The site work includes parking, landscaping, site lighting, playground recreation areas, basketball courts, a multi-purpose field with seating, a plaza, cultural and reading patios, and a fitness trail. There is also a separate support services area that includes a maintenance building and a bus/vehicle storage lot. Registered with the certification goal of LEED Silver®.
