The ENMU Guadalupe Hall Dormitory was designed to house 154 bedrooms, with two students in each room. The building features a front desk, laundry services, and a lobby with a recessed gathering area that has seating and a centrally located fireplace. The facility has a heat and air conditioning system that ties into the campus-wide looped system, which is monitored from a remote location on campus. The project is LEED Certified®.
