Eloy Apodaca

Eloy Apodaca

Bradbury Stamm team member since 1989.

“NCA Architects had an opportunity to work with Eloy Apodaca on the Steve Herrera Judicial Complex in Santa Fe, New Mexico. There were many challenges with the project including a small site to stage material and equipment, site remediation efforts to remove petroleum in the soils and ground water, diverting traffic around construction site and construction in the historic downtown Santa Fe neighborhood. Mr. Apodaca's ability to communicate with local vendors near the construction site notifying them of shut downs and traffic diversion which may affect their business was excellent and helped the Owner with limited complaints from the vendors. Eloy also had a great ability to look weeks ahead to assure material delivery dates and sub-contractors were coordinated to avoid delays in installation and keep the project within the projected schedule. NCA Architects would not hesitate to recommend Eloy Apodaca for any client Bradbury Stamm may work with on current or future projects. His professionalism is second to none in the construction business.”
