Built in 1921, Cramer Hall was in need of renovation. The school wanted to maintain the historical value of the building, while making it a modern facility. In order to achieve this the building was gutted and all finishes, including windows, were replaced. To enlarge the facility, a full addition was added adjacent to the building with a basement which required that the original building be shored to prevent settlement into the adjacent basement. The building features high-end finishes such as Wood Baseboard, chair Rail and Datum that match the wood windows.
