Bemidji Carnegie Library

Built circa 1910 and listed on the National Register of Historic Places, the historic Carnegie Library was a two-story, 4,800sf building of solid masonry construction. The project involved the restoration of the exterior, windows, interior woodwork, stairs, and historic fittings. New mechanical HVAC, plumbing, and electrical system and insulation were added. The project also involved an addition of a 700sf split level addition to the facility was added to provide an accessible route to the building.
