St. Cloud Cold Storage Building #7 is a 80,400sf, zero degree Fahrenheit freezer facility. The building utilizes a Behlen pre-engineered metal building structural frame system with a 24-gauge Galvalume standing seam roof. The exterior freezer walls consist of 6-inch thick EPS Energy-Lok insulated wall panels. The loading dock and mechanical mezzanine are constructed of concrete block and pre-cast concrete floor and roof plank with a rubber membrane roof.
