This two phased repositioning project took place on a 260-unit retirement community and 60-bed nursing facility that Bradbury Stamm originally built. The new building additions included an elevator area, outpatient rehab therapy gym, and a multiple use/private dining room adjacent to the existing dining room. The renovation included four dining rooms/kitchens, a new multi-purpose activity room, four resident bathing rooms and a main nurse care station. Existing vacant units were converted to an office suite with seven offices and one conference room. Another six existing standard residential units were also remodeled/updated. Several standard units were converted to create an Alzheimer’s Unit.
