This project entailed the complete demolition of the fifth floor of a seventh floor downtown office building with reconstruction of a new, upscale, Class A office space. In addition to private offices, the new office area included three conference meeting rooms, one high-tech video conference and projection room and a reception area off the elevator lobby.

High quality products and finishes were incorporated including Italian slate flooring, Sapele wood wall panels, African mahogany wood, rain glass, and eight-foot walnut doors.A internal open stairwell connecting the fifth floor with the sixth was a challenge within the occupied building. Once completed, the fifth floor was completed, the 6th floor could be renovated followed by cosmetic upgrades to the seventh floor. All of this occurred while the building was occupied.
